Refund and Returns Policy

Our commitment is to deliver exceptional customer service, top-notch Mopar, Jeep, and aftermarket products, all at fair prices. We understand that sometimes your online orders may not meet your expectations, so we’ve simplified the return and exchange process for our valued customers. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date for shipments to the US and Canada. To initiate a return, please reach out to us through our chat or at support@jeeprunner.com, providing your name, order number, and contact information. All return requests must be authorized by our staff at Jeep Runner.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon arrival at our facility, excluding weekends and major holidays. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We take responsibility for shipping out the replacement item or covering the cost for defective/wrong items sent by us. We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your return shipment, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items in transit to our warehouse.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or installed. Any labor costs associated with installation or attempted installation are also not covered by Jeep Runner. When returning items, please ensure you include all original paperwork, installation materials, and your name and order number in the package. Items being returned must be in new, resalable condition unless otherwise discussed with our customer service. Take care when opening merchandise to avoid damaging the packaging, as we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the packaging is not intact.

Gift Returns

If you’ve received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for gift items.

Damaged/Wrong Product

If your order arrives with a damaged or broken item, please notify us immediately, providing photos to expedite the resolution. We use tracking and insurance for our shipments, and we also offer supplemental insurance through Route. Any issues should be promptly reported, as damage occurring during transit is beyond our control.

If you receive an incorrect item, please double-check your order. If the mistake is on our end, we’ll provide a return label for the incorrect item and send the right one at no cost to you. If you ordered the wrong item, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery, with the customer covering the return shipping costs. We trust that you know your vehicle when you place an order, but feel free to reach out for assistance if needed.

Cancellations/Revisions

If you need to make changes to your order after placement, please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, so changes after this window are not guaranteed.

Refused Packages/Bad Addresses

If your package is refused at the time of delivery or returned due to a bad address, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any potential refund. Ensure your address details are accurate when placing your order, as we ship to the address provided in your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return once purchased and shipped:

  • Custom Orders and Custom Designs
  • Freight Shipments/Large Items (soft tops, hard tops, bumpers, side steps)
  • Gift Cards
  • Lift and Body Kits
  • Collision Parts
  • Wheels
  • Accessories or Merchandise that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Any Print on Demand Items through Apliiq, Printful, or other Print on Demand Companies

Custom Orders/Custom Designs

Items that have been customized or altered are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective upon receipt. Please double-check all specifications when ordering these items.

When trying out your tire cover, use the enclosed black plastic bag to prevent damage or soiling. Dirty or damaged tire covers cannot be returned. For select images of over 350 designs for your tire cover or grille insert, we offer a return/exchange within 30 days if they are in new condition and have not been customized, with a 20% restocking fee.

Within a reasonable timeframe, if your request is approved, the refund process will kick into gear. You’ll find a credit gracefully flowing back to your credit card or the original method of payment you used during the purchase. Your convenience is our priority.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sometimes, delays happen in the world of finances. If you’re eagerly awaiting your refund but it seems to be playing hide and seek, here’s what we recommend:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Start by giving your bank account another look. Sometimes, it might take a little longer for the refund to officially appear.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It’s possible that your credit card company might have a role to play in this. They may be processing the refund, and it could take a bit of time before it’s officially posted.
  3. Reach Out to Your Bank: Your bank may also be involved in the process. They may have their own processing timelines before a refund is visible in your account.

Sale Items

We value your loyalty, and that’s why we want to be transparent about our refund policy for sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items, with their already discounted prices, cannot be refunded.
